Specific Objectives
In pursuit of its philosophy and mission, this foundation aims to:
- Work for the benefit and welfare of the members and immediate members of their family and other less privileged individual and their families.
- Undertake health, nutrition, medical, dental and optical projects to promote greater equity in terms of health benefit.
- Work with capable technical group in the pursuit of community projects.
- Solicit, receive and accepts donation, endownments any kinds and nature of lawful donations from other charitable, social or civic institutions persons or entities in order to sustain the projects operation of the organization.
- Uplift the living conditions of members and individual by assisting them in temporary or permanent shelters.
- Educating the members too know their rights and duties under the law and their rights and duties under the law and assisting them in legal matters.
- Encourage the members and individuals in the effective utilization of local resources and thereby improve the living condition in the community.
- Acquire loans or other financial accommodations from the government and private lending institutions in order to finance and facilitate enterprises.
- Assist and support individual in the promotion of business undertaking.
- Develop and harness the people's participation in every economic activity towards the development of the community through self-help and self-reliance.
- Offer and provide the individual including their families, opportunities to participate actively in any program relative to the promotion and encouragement of small business entrepreneur/small scale enterprise.
- Commit itself to the service of society through helping poor and unemployed members of our society.
- Develop the capabilities of individuals in order to maximize their potentials.
- Nurture future skilled workers with the requisite trainings of foundation and conventional skills so as to mold them into highly respected leaders and members of the society.
- Respond effectively to the changing needs and conditions of the times through continuing professional skilled worker.
- Inculcate a deep sense of nationalism and pride in our Filipino heritage.
- Uphold virtues of truth, integrity, compassion and faith in God.
Programs
- Indoctrinate
all members, the foundation’s mission and vision in order to infuse a positive
knowledge in society
- Fortify
and improve its performance particularly in skill which will contribute to the
improvement of their family daily life.
- Develop
perceptive needs assessment program to aid in delivering comprehensive service
to community.
- Develop
and implement an integrated and coordinated member services program in order to
enhance the member’s development well-rounded individuals.
- Implement
an effective self-assessment program to evaluate the performance of all members
of the foundation.
- Design
and implement a development program for all members to enable to fully
contribute to the mission and vision of the foundation
- Conduct
regular development program design to further enhance their entrepreneurship
knowledge and skills.
Services
- Provide and create local and overseas employment without charging placement and processing fee.
- Uplift the living conditions of members and individuals by assisting them in temporary or permanent shelters
